The 4-year-long ASILE project studies the interactions between emerging international protection systems and the United Nations Global Compact for Refugees (UN GCR), with particular focus on the European Union’s role.
Tamirace Fakhoury, associate professer at Global Refugee Studies, Aalborg University, will be participating on 22 March in the ASILE annual conference on Global Asylum Governance and the EU's role: Implementing the UN Global Compact On Refugees and the EU Pact on Migration and Asylum. She will intervene in the panel on national Asylum Governance Instruments: Mobility and Containment Compared.
